Amber Koth

Since 2003, Amber has been a licensed attorney in Minnesota and the U.S. District Court, District of Minnesota.  Before joining AND Law Offices, she practiced for seven years in civil litigation, conducting all levels of litigation.  Amber is now focused on helping client’s develop their estate plan.  Amber’s prior litigation experience has shaped her passion to assist clients to plan accordingly for the future and avoid costly, unpleasant litigation.  Amber is a strong advocate for her clients and an experienced counselor.   Amber will listen carefully to your family’s goals and values, and work with you to develop a comprehensive plan that meets all of your needs, during your lifetime and beyond.  Amber’s experience, knowledge, and attention to detail will ensure that all your important documents are of the highest quality. 

Amber is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, Minnesota Women Lawyers, the Hennepin County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.  She has been honored three times in the Minnesota Law & Politics, Rising Star Issue.  Amber received her J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law in 2003, and graduated from Concordia College in Moorhead, MN in 2000. 

Amber lives in Plymouth, MN with her husband, Jeremy, and their two young girls.  Outside of the office, Amber enjoys golf, reading, cooking and being active outdoors.
