Anne K. Lindberg

Anne K. Lindberg has been a licensed attorney in Minnesota since October of 2007, and was admitted to practice in Minnesota federal courts in April of 2008.  She is a qualified neutral in the state of Minnesota. 

Anne grew up in Plymouth, Minnesota and graduated from Maple Grove Senior High.  She then went to St. Olaf College where she majored in mathematics and political science, graduating in 2004.  Anne received her J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law in 2007.  Since then Anne has handled a broad variety of civil litigation matters, including contractual disputes, general civil litigation, mechanics’ liens, real property, intellectual property, estate disputes, eviction actions, and corporate matters.  Anne is now focusing her practice on helping clients with Wills, Trusts and other important documents so that they may avoid the hassle of litigation.

Anne is an active member of the Hennepin County Bar Association’s New Lawyers Section, having served as a Director (MSBA/ABA Liaison and Social Director) since 2008.  Anne is also associated with the Minnesota State Bar Association’s New Lawyers Section and the American Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division.  Anne has been a volunteer for the National Alliance for the Mentally Ill (www.namihelps.org) in Minnesota since 2005, as a speaker and Kidshop teacher.  Anne incorporated and now sits on the Board of Directors as Secretary of Sole Care for Souls (www.solecareforsouls.org), a local nonprofit organization for the homeless.  

Anne is a creative problem solver and an effective advocate.  Her knowledge of the law, combined with her thoroughness and attention to detail, make her an exceptional estate and tax planning strategist.
